About Skylar
Hello! My name is Skylar and I have been tutoring students in mathematics since I started college two years ago. I am a math major, so of course I am very comfortable in the subject. I have a passion for teaching, as it can be a very rewarding experience for myself and my tutees.

First, I like to get to know my students and see what areas they feel the least comfortable in. I also like to start by eliminating any possible problems they may be facing when it comes to organization and time management. Once I feel I understand the student's troubles, I will map out a plan to help them with the subject. This plan includes when their homework is due, upcoming tests, and even some retention exercises so that information will stick for their finals.
