About Lila
Hi there! I am a college student majoring in math and adolescent education. I have been tutoring all ages for about 5 years now. I am patient, kind and eager to help my students succeed. My favorite types of math are calculus and algebra! I prefer that my students come prepared with questions or email them to me before hand. I look forward to hearing from you:)
I am currently working towards a double degree of math and adolescent education. I have been tutoring my peers since highschool. In college, I worked for one year as a tutor for the Buffalo City Schools. Now I am placed in a middle school algebra class.

When working with a new student I start off with an ice breaker so we can get to know eachother. Communication is key to working together. I also would like my students to tell me what they think their strengths and weaknesses are in the subject. I prefer that they come prepared with questions or send me them beforehand. I like to be prepared for our tutoring sessions.
