About Rachel
I began with tutoring a few friends of mine until some other students would come and ask for my help. Then my school asked me to join the tutoring program.
I was in my middle and high school's tutoring program where I would tutor fifteen to twenty students at a time.

I start with getting to know them and seeing how far they are into their subject. Then I give a short quiz (ten questions to twenty questions) to see how well they know what they have been taught so far before jumping into teaching.
I've worked with students between the ages of 6 and 14. I have had a few kids with ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, hard of hearing, and hard time speaking.
The advice I would give them is to find someone you're actually willing to listen to. Find someone who will find other fun ways to teach you so you can remember your lessons.
