About Douglas
I am a professional aerospace engineer with about 10 years of experience. I attended Cornell University as an undergraduate and received my Ph.D. in engineering from Texas A&M University. I love learning and giving back through mentoring and teaching, especially in the fields of mathematics and computer coding. I can adjust pace and teaching style to address individual needs and am comfortable teaching material from elementary school to college.
Some fun facts about me:
- I recently became a father!
- I achieved a perfect score on the Math section of the SAT, twice!
- In addition to engineering topics, I also have a deep interest in history and philosophy!
