About Abby
My real world experience using mathematics/statistics for over 10 years allows me to combat the doubt that what they are learning will never be used in the "real" world. I've enjoy sharing how I have used the concept they are working on in their class to help companies such as Coca-Cola and Kraft Foods.
I love to inspire and equip students to discover they are far more capable than they realize and maybe the idea that they are not a math person isn't true. I love watching them discover patterns and relationships in numbers and concepts. I love breaking down abstract concepts in a way that allows them to understand things in a new way.
