About Rachel
I've not been tutoring for terribly long at this point. It started with helping a friend of mine who has dyscalcula and adhd with their math and they said I helped immensely. Helping tutor in math also helps me keep my knowledge fresh as I'm currently in college for chemistry and will be taking calculus 2 this fall.
I'm currently a chemistry major at Texas Woman's University and took Calculus 1 in spring of 2021 and will be taking Calculus 2 in fall 2021. I've been working in the food industry for several years now so some basic math is constantly being used at minimum.

My process is still evolving but I tend to want to know what math assignments are needed done and we work them in tandem as a sort of body double so I can see where the slip ups happen at which point I'll point them out, give advice on how to avoid it in the future as well as provide tips and explain the general process.
So far the only students I've worked with are those who have adhd and dyscalcula.
