About Katrina
Teaching frequently happens anytime you are sharing a subject you enjoy with a beginner. Through both studying with friends and teaching basic ocean science or rocket engineering with my family, I've learned I love to teach.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science and Biology with a minor in Math. I am currently pursuing a second B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, and so my interests broadly range across many STEM fields.

I like to ask the student some questions about school, what they like/dislike about the subject, what they last learned, and I go from there. I work to make my lessons interactive and conversational, and I use textbooks I've used to guide the process.
I've tutored middle school students and adults in math in the past, and I enjoy sharing my passion for the subjects with anyone learning.
