About Ashis
Hello, I'm a former Ms graduate in applied mathematics student from UAB currently working as a Software Engineer for an American IT Consulting company named Cognizant. I have approx. 5+ years of tutoring experience where I tutored high school students, undergraduates and graduate students in the field of Mathematics & Comp Science. I was a graduate teaching assistant in Math Dept of UAB where I used to teach Pre-Calculus Algebra and Trigonometry. My area of expertise in the field of Applied Math is Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry, Numerical Analysis, Numerical Methods, Probability & Statistics and Data Analysis, SQL, Datadog, Node JS, React JS, Python, Matlab and Java with Spring Boot. I get to know each student individually as well as get to know their personal goals. I will provide quick, concise responses for those in a hurry, and slow, methodic teaching for those looking to understand the material on a deeper level. I welcome parent feedback and will alter my tutoring methods based on parental goals as well.
