About Courtney
I am a 2000 Purdue University graduate with a BS in Math Education and a 2007 IUPUI graduate with a MS in Math. After completing my undergraduate work, I taught at Penn High School for 2 years, Hamilton Southeastern High School for 3 years, and Pike High School for 1 year. I finally made my way over to the west side of Indianapolis where I began teaching at Avon High School in 2006. I believe I have found my "home" and hope to stay here for the rest of my career.
My husband, Brian, teaches math at Plainfield High School. We have two children. Our daughter, Avery, was born in July of 2007 and our son, Drake, was born in March of 2009.
