About Affaan
Hello! I'm Affaan, a 4th year B.S Mathematics-Computer Science major at the University of California, San Diego, with a double major in Business Economics. My academic journey is not just confined to the classroom; I'm actively involved in cutting-edge research in econometrics with UCSD, focusing on market manipulation detection in microcap cryptocurrencies using sentiment analysis.
Post-Graduation I will be heading to UC Berkeley to pursue my M.S in Data Science.
My extensive training in mathematics is further enriched with practical applications in machine learning, where I've worked on a unique AI project with DCUBE.
This project targeted stress and management problems, creating solutions tailored for small businesses, students, and educators. My blend of academic rigor and hands-on experience enables me to convey complex mathematical concepts in an engaging and relatable manner.
