About Angela
I started tutoring when I was a student. For me, the best way that I learned was by teaching others.
I am a biologist. I am in the final stages of completing my PhD in biology. I have been in school most of my life and have extensive training in math and science. School was never easy for me and I learned a lot about study skills and learning styles to help myself succeed in school and I love helping others to find the method that works for them.

I like to start with a conversation. I like to learn about the students goals and ask questions about where they struggle and where they excel. I ask questions to learn about their learning style and to find out their expectations for the tutoring sessions.
I have worked with students of all demographics from young children learning to read to college graduates. I myself have ADHD and really enjoy teaching others with ADHD.
