About Makenna
I am a sophmore at Auburn University majoring in History and Education with an aditional minor in Psychology. I am currenlty in school, but I can either meet with students virually or around the Auburn, Alabama area. I am willing to tutor for a cheaper price taht we can work out based off of what you can afford and how much time I will spend prepping. Let me know if you are intrested! College is great because I get to learn more about my future through the lense of classes that will prepare me to be a teacher. The reason I want to be a teacher is because I love hleping people, and I want to continue this mission by offering tutoring services! I want to help whoever I can lern to succede because the feeling of accomplishing a difficult task is something that all people deserve to feel.
I have wanted to be a teacher since I can remember, and I would love to get in some more practice before that happens!

I sit down with them and try to piece together their learning style. I offer a free 1 hour session to allow the parents or student to assess if I am the right fit for the individual. I am patient with the learning process, and I will try many different ways to teach the child a concept if they are having difficulty with.
Grades K-12 as well as college classes I have taken.
If I was advising a student or a student's parents, I would tell them to make sure the teaceher is patient and willing to take the time to exlpain everything that needs to be covered.
Just so you can get to know a little about me, I am super socail so I love doing anything with freinds or family. I don't know everything, but I love watching Auburn sports!
