First session is an assessment of coordination, muscle group conditioning, and mental agility. As we diagnose the fundamentals needed, we also go over my clients individual goals and aspirations to further customize their workout program. From here we build on the foundations and advance the drills to have fun while learning and achieving those physical goals.

Easily one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest coaches I’ve ever seen. Learned a ton from him in a short time.
Boxing
The improved performance is easily visible and Coach X really goes through the steps of what he excepts of you. It’s challenging but not impossible.
Coach Xavier explains things very clearly. He always let me know when & why a certain technique is done and how to execute it properly. He always answers my questions.
