About Adam
I am a boxing and kickboxing instructor for Vesta ATL, with availability to teach onsite at our gym for members and offsite for non-members. I am also a competitive Muay Thai athlete, fighting in local promotions around the Greater Atlanta Area.
Vesta is a kickboxing gym in Atlanta that offers high intensity kickboxing and strength classes, setting the tone for high energy, ass kicking, and constantly changing workouts that challenge all muscle groups by incorporating both cardio and strength training. We're not training the next big fighter, but rather focusing on providing a bad ass workout for everyone else! People of all levels of fitness fall in love with our new approach to kickboxing classes.
Teaching boxing and kickboxing, and martial arts in general has always been a passion of mine—not only because I get to share a wealth of knowledge from all of the coaches I have had the pleasure of training under, but also because I appreciate the opportunity to empower people with the confidence and discipline to reach their goals.

I always prefer to jump on a brief call or email/text exchange to learn about your goals and what sparked your interest in learning boxing and kickboxing. Then, we can discuss availability, rate options, your fitness level, etc.
I work with all levels, and would love to help beginners develop their boxing and kickboxing skills in a more technical, step by step, approach. Students see a lot of value from one on one sessions because we slow things down a bit so you can work on better form, breakdown of techniques & footwork, and developing your speed/power. I have a competitive background in Muay Thai and western boxing, so I would love to collaborate with all and any whom are willing to learn the disciplines!
