About Brittany
This is a long story, but I used to struggle with alcohol, food and drugs. I was afraid of going to treatment for my struggles so I turned to fitness and weightlifting as my detox center. From there, it became my second home, my church and my family. If I ever felt the need to use, I went to the gym. After losing my job last spring, I decided to pursue my passion and turn it into a business. It's been one heck of a ride, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity!
I am certified in the following:
MBA in Healthcare
Spirital Coaching
Emotional Intelligence Practitioner
Akashic Records Reading
Reiki Master
NLP Master Practitioner

Brittany is truly one in a million - a diamond in the rough. She has more medical, fitness and nutrition knowledge than Wikipedia! She's personable, engaging, caring, and TOUGH AS NAILS. She knows how to get the results you want and won't allow you to slack on your goals. She's not your average trainer that just shows up and does her job and leaves. She follows up and checks in with you on her own time when she doesn't have to. Brittany actually CARES about her clients' overall well-being and that is a rare and precious find. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for fitness guidance - whether you're bulking up for competition, toning up for bikini season, or getting your body moving to destress and unwind. You can't go wrong with Brittany. It's that simple.
