About Laura Holley
Let's get un-stuck! If you are looking for tools to help you navgiate through the stress of the pandemic (or life in general), I can help. I am not just a certified Master Life Coach with masters degrees in Counseling and Human Services, but I am am also a certified Master Resilience Trainer with over 16 years of experience supporting people and teaching tangible, action-oriented tools for stress reduction, energy management, and resiliency. Very different than therapy, which focuses on the past and explores feelings, Life Coaching focuses on the FUTURE and on PURPOSEFUL ACTION. Life coaching is the pinnacle of self-care. You can expect to walk away from our experience together with a renewed sense of self, an increase in confidence, and a clearer path forward on your quest for a happy and authentic life.

In my 16 years working in support of people and families, I have collected a myriad of certifications and licenses in various programs, along with masters degrees in Counseling and Human Services. I am certified in temperament discovery, personality assessments, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, various Evidence Based Curricula, I am a certified Master Life Coach, Purpose Coach, Happiness Coach, Goal Setting Coach, and I am a Master Resilience Trainer. I've worked in public schools, private schools, the United State marine Corps, The United States Army, as well as community based behavioral health and rehabilitation

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to perspective clients that will give us a chance to get to meet and make sure that we both feel good about working together. Prior to our first session, I have a new client intake form and a questionairre that will help us determine what you need and want to get out of our time together.
I approach our relationship as equals. I am merely a nonjudgemental nuetral guide who can provide a safe place and real tools for you to improve your life. We will set goals and determine the course of action together. If you are not in a place where you are currently able to even determine what you need, that is ok, we will start there!

I have a special reduced hourly rate with NO CONTRACT for clients booking on this website.
I typically work within set programs lasting 6-12 weeks for a total package price and a signed contract. But for this website clients I only charge $70 per hour, with no package committment and no contract.
