About Cecelia
I have been practicing yoga for more than a decade. As a former athlete and dancer, I came to appreciate the balance yoga brought to my body. While refining my personal practice, I worked in both the medical field and the fitness industry. As a personal trainer and health coach- I incorporated many yogic principles in my teachings. My experience in the medical field and the fitness industry adds a practical element to my instruction. I focus first on functionality and staying injury free, as well as mentally and emotionally balanced.
My classes are soulful, informational and playful, creating plenty of opportunities to go deeper within yourself. I specialize in Yoga Foundations for Beginners, Hatha, Power, Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga for beginners and intermediate students.
Continuing my mission off the mat, I work as a life coach and professional organizer. My mission is to help encourage, support and guide those who are ready to transform into a higher version of themselves.
I love seeing the positive shift that happens in each person after a yoga session. Seeing my clients walk a little taller and a little easier is such a rewarding feeling!
