I have a degree in Fitness, Strength and Conditioning and I’m NASM certified as a personal trainer.

I talk with a potential client to see if I think we will be a good fit. If so, I send them a questionairre to get all of the information I need. Then, I create a program specific to their goals and needs. I send the client the program and then I’m in contact throughout the process.
