About Tyler
Everyone learns at their own pace, so it's very important that the skills you are being taught are not so basic that they become boring, yet not so difficult that you're left feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. No matter what your ability level, I strive to accommodate your specific learning needs by making my teaching style as accessible and engaging as possible, and hopefully have a lot of fun along the way!
I'm a people person, so I love sharing knowledge with, learning about, and forming quality relationships with my students. It's very rewarding to see the transformation students can make, not only in their musicianship but in their confidence and understanding as well. It's those "lightbulb" moments that make it all feel worthwile!
