About Oscar
Our mission:
To Empower Individuals with the knowledge to move proficiently, achieve strength and take control of their health FOR LIFE.
We are the only fitness professionals in Central Florida who are also certified to teach traditional Chinese martial arts (Kung Fu and Tai Chi).
Learning martial arts since I was 16 years old and then starting teaching at 20.

As a leading provider of functional fitness training in Orlando, it’s important to us to get to know our potential clients so that we can make sure we are a good fit for you and the goal you are trying to reach. We offer several program options and determining which one is best for you requires that we speak over the phone as to avoid any confusion.
