Improvement plan
I am passionate about helping students play better and enjoy the game.
I started playing golf at 12 yrs old and like every kid wanted to become a professional. I decided to go to college and pursue a degree in Busniess with a concentration in PGA Golf Management. Upon graduation from college, I took an internship with the Jim McLean Golf Schools and the rest is history!

It depends what type of program they will be particpating in. If it is just a regular lesson then I would:
1) Take them through a questionaire/evaluation to make sure I understand exactly what their needs/wants are.
2) Take them through the 3 step learning process
What are you doing now?
Refers what what you are doing "right now"! Not what you thought you were doing or what your buddy said you were doing last week. ( This is why I always record the students swing prior to making any changes. The camera doesn't lie!)
What should you be doing instead?
Reflects the discovery and analysis of your weaknesses/flaws versus the correct motions/ideas. (Now that you know what you need to do, can you do it?)
How do you make the change?
This is where I (the Instructor) come in and show you what to do through various drills and skill developing exercises. ( I will also create an customized improvement plan that reflects your goals and personal schedule.)
I have worked with all levels of golfers from beginners to professionals. I don't focus on just one aspect, I teach the total game!
I would advise the customer to do his homework and research the different instructors. Find out which services they offer, the cost, and the facilities that the instructor has available to them. This way they can find the best fit for them.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1) What are my goals?
2) How much time do I have to practice and play?
3) How much do I want to spend?
4) Am I open and ready to learn?
5) What do I expect from a lesson?
6) What resources/ facilities are available to me?
