About Jack
I am a Director at PIVOT Studio and Co-Founder of PIVOT Cities, I have 5 years of academic experience and 5 years of professional experience working in practice in London. I previously worked at Haworth Tompkins and Michaelis Boyd Architects. I studied architecture at Central St. Martins (UAL) and The London School of Architecture (LSA).
I have enjoyed giving tuition and mentoring to architecture students for the past 5 years and more recently have been doing group teaching workshop events at CSM. My students have had successful applications to Architecture School, studied Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from Top London Universities.

My teaching process is flexible to meet the specific needs of each student, offering guidance and support to help the academic year run as smoothly as possible. I am an enthusiastic mentor who strives to help architecture students find visual and verbal clarity in their projects, in a friendly and open-minded manner away from the pressures you may be facing on your course. I am happy to help you with software, presentations, brief writing and my particular interest is in creating amazing portfolios for applicants, undergraduate and masters students.
