About Samantha

I have long loved reading and writing. I also love being able to help others find their own love of these subjects, and giving them the skills they need to succeed. I am very approachable and put people at ease, it's difficult to learn while you're stressed.



I have two bachelor's degrees that focused heavily on writing ability. The first is in journalism where I learned to write quickly, efficiently, and to condense writing when necessary. The second is in women's studies, where I learned to write long-form analytical essays. My women's studies degree also focused specifically on media analysis, a skill that I apply to English literature comprehension.
