About Benjamin
I went to tutoring my whole educationaly career up to college. I always had a strong appreciation for tutors who helped students either catch up or advance further than their school would normally teach at. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Forham University. I am very patient and willing to teach students from any and all backgrounds and I understand each student learns differently and tailor my approach to each student.
I love helping students and seeing their improvement throughout the course of tutoring. It might not be an overnight transformation but seeing a student steadily improve is amazing, especially because they don't usually realize their progress.
I went to tutoring myself and loved the thought of helping other's in need like I was when I first started high school.
I have a Bachelor's Degree from Fordham University. I have tutored for the last 6-7 years. I also recieved a 2190 on my SAT's (back when it was out of 2400) and scored a perfect 12/12 on my SAT essay.

I like to get a better sense of what exactly to focus on. Some students are looking for school work, AP test prep, SAT/ACT prep. Others are just looking to improve their English skills in general. I like to discuss this beforehand so that I can prepare the best hands on prep work. If the student has their own workbook that they wan to use I can definitely work with that as well.
I mostly worked with elementary, middle, and high school students although I have worked with adults as well. MY parents and family are all immigrants as well so I had experience teaching them English as well.
