About Frank
I am looking for a few students to help learn engineering and get good grades in engineering classes.
I've worked more than 30 year career in engineering research and development at a US Departemnt of Energy lab and at UC Berkeley. I have worked with engineers, scientists, medical doctors, and students from those starting their first year in engineering to those working on PhD's. I have published extensively, including co-authoring with the President of the National Academies of Science, Dr. Marcia McNutt, and Nobel Laureate Dr. Steven Chu.
I know how to become an engineer, and how to succeed and excel as an engineer. It would be my pleasure to teach what I have learned.
I have a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering.
Learning and using technical knowledge to create things to benefit mankind.
I taught and worked with graduate students in my lab at the USDOE for 32 years
