About AJ
For over 15 years I have worked in commercial and fine art fields, both offer individual challenges as a professional artist.
I work with individuals by helping them get over creative barriers, implementing practices and techniques used in achieving those artistic goals.
Seeing students get over creative barriers.
Through the years I mentored several students. As a leard artist for a gaming company out of Austin Texas I had the opportunity to lead teams of young creatives in solving artistic challenges.
I studied visual communications in college and had the opportunity to work with over 80 publications and advertising agencies nationwide. Here is a partial list of a few of my clients: Texas monthly, LA Times, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, National Geographic Traveler magazine, to name a few.
I have worked in advertising and as a fine artist for the past 20 years.

I was commissioned by the Daughters of the Republic of Texas to work on the "Wall of History" permanent display at the Alamo in San Antonio Texas. This project is dear to my heart!
