About Eleonora
I am a former professional Ballroom Latin dancer and competitor originally from Belarus, then NYC, now Eastern NC! I’ve been at it for 30 years now and choreographing and teaching for 18 years. I am also an Ivy League educated clinical therapist who employs effective non-talk therapy models of practice. I specialize in maternal and women’s wellness but have worked with everyone from combat veterans and trafficking survivors to children. Please contact me under Life Coaching for info on that.
Dance is my companion in life and continued teaching me more and more on how to live, feel and connect with myself and others. I love to dance and I teach because I love to share it.
I offer everything from Waltz and Tango to Salsa, Bachata, Blues and Swing!
I also facilitate a transformative healing dance modality for self expression and emotional release called JourneyDance. I am a clinical psychology therapist and I prefer to move through feelings and concepts on the dance floor than sit in a chair talking about things. Try it out.
I just moved to Goldsboro so I am offering big discounts for booking in May.
What makes me different is my teaching style which creates a safe space to cultivate true human connection and intimacy in partner dance as well as a deep exploration into one’s own connection and awareness of their body, mind and soul.
