About Dawn
Cooking should be a joy and smiles to everyone every day. Keeping it simple and having the right attitude about cooking is a must. You name it we can cook it. I love American foods, Italian and of course Tex-Mex. If you love cheese we are ready to cook. All questions are accepted. Never be afraid to ask. We live and we learn by practicing what we need to know in life.

I love teaching! Having fun and introducing new spices into your life is the best way to shine in a kitchen. Being a Mom and making my family healthy and enjoyable meals is a must must for all.
I have been a teacher of many professions. Cooking is my love.
I have been a self taught cook and I love cooking shows where new foods are explored. I am interested in keeping my family healthy and happy for a very long time.

About the lesson

First I would listen to my student and ask important questions as to their previous cooking experiences. Then I would use that information to begin their new adventure in cooking with flavor and spices galore.
As a Girl Scout Troop leader I was able to teach my Girls the basics of cooking in a kitchen and outdoor camping as well. Proud smiles all around when breakfast was ready for 20 people outdoor camping.
Never be afraid of learning. My promise to you to as my student. We will set your goals and accomplish it in one day.
My Holidays are filled with big plans to feed 12 family members. Lasagna and casseroles are a crowd pleaser.
