About Karen
We are excellent home cooks, we cook many cuisines, and have many technique tips to share with students to make cooking moreo fun and easier. We have been teaching cooking classes at our inn since we opened in 2009, and in Eugene at Pepperberries Kitchen Store since 2003 (until they closed the kitchen due to the pandemic). Then they join us in our kitchen as we prepare a meal so they can observe all the details of our procedures that are relevant to their learning process. This would be repeated in subsequent classes, as they progress.
