About Sarah
Food as medicine is within your reach with a little knowledge and a little confidence. I can show you how to put the nutritional advice and information you've been given into delicious practice to nourish you and everyone else in your household, possibly even your pets! If you'd like to incorporate more scratch cooking and whole foods into your weekly meals, give me a call. Private and group cooking instruction, catering, batch cooking, and personal chef services are all available. To your health!

Arrange a first meeting in which we test drive an experience such as a grocery shopping trip, batch cooking, or practicing knife skills, and then create a schedule of upcoming classes or cooking parties based on wishes and areas of growth.
