Tired of getting bland southern cuisine? Tired of getting promised "traditional southern" food only to see your food being sloppily put together by a kid. Experience southern cuisine the way it's supposed to be. Let me teach you the traditions of my grandmother from the central valley and the art of slow cooking and BBQ from my uncle's from Beaumont TX. Taste the soul cooked into Black eyed peas and collard greens passed down from my step mother in Mobile Alabama. Let's get cooking!
