About John
Catering home style Creole/ Cajun food. Love to pass on the home cooking I grew up on in my Creole/ Cajun household. It's my passion to share the food of my youth. Dishes like Catfish Coubion is a favorite of my father. This little known dish is known to Creole/cajun tables. Gumbo another passion is a joy of my childhood.
I love to share my culture with everyone. The food the history . Not looking to be a personal chef but teach and empart heritage of the ancestors.
