About Nate
I custom create menus and memories specifically to meet your events needs and wants. I am also trained and versatile to customize your menus to meet any dietary requirements and needs that you might have. I can teach you how to prepare Keto, Vegan, Gluten free, South Beach diet, CBD Meals, Raw Diet, Smoothie Preparation, As well as Classical French, Italian, charcuterie, and many more. I am also able to host Scotch, whiskey, Bourbon, wine and beer dinners.
It became a byproduct of my catering. I started getting more and more people that wanted to have dinner parties where I educated them and their guests about food, cooking, history etc.
I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence '03. I have worked in St. Thomas USVI, Block Island RI, Napels FL, Wilmington VT, and Bruges Belgium.

I like to start the out with simple things to gauge their experience level. Simple knife skills, sautéing, etc... A lot of times just having a simple conversation about food will help with establishing their skill level so I can establish their baseline.
Mostly people that are self proclaimed foodies, but I am also starting to see an increase in people that are trying to become more health conscious, and looking to get more involved in meal planning and preparation.
Make sure about what You are trying to learn. Do some research yourself, watch some YouTube videos so you have a starting point. To go into it blind makes it not only more difficult for the student to understand the concept, But also harder for the teacher to get through to the students.
I recently helped my aunt learn about Keto and CBD. She suffees from MS. These two combined to not only get her weight down, but introducing CBD Into her diet has totally helped her manage her MS in a much more natural way.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ideas like substitutions, how recipes can be modified to meet different dietary restrictions etc.

My base fee is $25-50/hr then there a fees for groceries, equipment - that the customer keeps--and depending on frequency of classes and level of experience.
