About Del
I am a New York Times best selling cookbook author with the cookbook, Forks Over Knives, The Cookbook
I have also written three other cookbooks, Better Than Vegan, The China Study Quick and Easy Cookbook, and The China Study Family Cookbook.
I have been teaching vegan cooking classes for almost 20 years.
I have been teaching classes for over 20 years and really love helping my students improve their skills in the kitchen.
I worked in a restaurant and was approached by a fitness center about teaching healthy cooking classes to the center’s members
I have worked in vegetarian and vegan kitchens for almost 30 years

I like to asses their skills and their goals. I also spend some time determining what kinds of foods they like so I can fit the class to their tastes.
I have worked with students of all ages and all levels of experience.
I teach strictly vegan classes but within that realm, I can teach all kinds of foods.
I have had the opportunity to do cooking demos for 400 people and really love the energy created in an experience like that.
