About Danielle
I love everything about food, from growing it to plating, it is my passion! I can help you learn cooking techniques, history and flavor profiles to fit any celebration. I have been a professional chef for 12 years and have owned my business as a personal chef for almost two. I offer a wide variety of classes, catering and weekly meal prep services. I love to share with people how to make their favorite dish. My favorite experiences are with people who really miss a specific dish maybe from childhood or a favorite vacation that they would like to recreate. I also love the history of food and sharing why we eat the way we do.
I have been a professional chef for twelve years following culinary school. I am also serve safe certified and have been teaching for a year.
