About Michael
I love to collaborate with students. Whether its overcoming testing anxiety or getting prepared for material, I will dedicate my all to helping you stand out in the classroom. Oftentimes, the source of motivation that lasts a lifetime is an intrinsic longing to learn. This is what got me to where I am and also what I hope to spread on to others. Additionally, this has results: I have kept a consistent 4.0 GPA throughout my whole education by sticking to my longing to learn. Who says that you can't do the same too?
My education includes coursework such as General Chemistry 1 & 2, Organic Chemistry 1 & 2, Cellular & Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Human Physiology, several levels of math, Public Speaking, Communication, Literature, and English Composition. I have previously tutored students from middle school to college in almost all subjects (for middle and high school students) along with biology and chemistry (for college students). I also can tutor at all levels up to junior-level college courses in Literature and English Composition. Additionally, I tutor any level in Public Speaking and Communication.

Adapting to a student's learning style is paramount to effectively studying and making the use of each minute in tutoring. As so, I begin with getting to know about a student's current studying strategies and what best works with them, typically through a few practice problems. After finding the learning style that best helps the student retain information, we continue with reviewing and practicing material to reach set goals by the student.
All students- from every walk of life and nearly every level of coursework.
Oftentimes, after struggling with a concept, a student stumbles on an "Ah-hah" moment. Seeing the joy in overcoming obstacles after working to do so is always a gratifying time as a tutor.
