Ellie helped me with biology throughout my A-levels. She was very patient with me and encouraged me to do my best. Her sessions were very well-structured and very much focused on what I wanted to go over, such as specific topics and past papers. Ellie is a wonderful tutor, who provides excellent support not only during the sessions with patience and encouragement, but also outside of sessions by highlighting key concepts to work on that week, as well as offering marking of any past papers and practise questions. She was more than happy to go over any content I didn’t understand as many times as I needed, and with her support I succeeded in getting the grade I needed!

Ellie tutored me in GCSE Biology and really helped me feel more confident in the subject. She explained things clearly, was patient and always made sure I understood before moving on. I was really struggling with A-Level chemistry (constantly getting D grades in mocks) and was really disheartened. Ellie helped me work through questions I was struggling with, gave clear explanations and helped me practice using past papers. Through targeting the parts of the syllabus I was struggling with, she helped me increase my grade and in the final exam I got an A! I definitely couldn't have done it without her!

Ellie was an amazing tutor who helped me achieve the grade which I was aiming for, she was able to help me improve my confidence at taking papers and using the time to the fullest something which I had difficulty doing. She was also great at reteaching specific key areas within chemistry which I may have had difficulty in understanding previously getting me to a point where I was able to understand and answer a question to completion focusing in on the specifics that the mark scheme was looking for. Overall an amazing tutor who helped me a lot.

Ellie is very professional and has excellent subject knowledge. She provided tutoring based on my son’s needs for his A level chemistry and built a strong supportive relationship which helped improve my son’s confidence and motivation for the subject and actioned him to want revise for his exams. Ellie gave constructive feedback and her communication and notes were very detailed and helpful before and after every session.
