About Charles
Our boxing coaches are registered under U.S.A. BOXING. To each client, we give the best of services and take the time to guarantee your conditioning on every level. If you are not conditioned to work our routines, we will take you through the physical as well as endurance training to help you make it through the routines. We have worked as boxing coaches in the state of Illinois as well as Missouri.
I love boosting the morale and self esteem of those who want to use the boxing program to either get in shape, learn self defense, or stop being bullied. Also, raising the energy level of those whom have been sluggish for a long time and have acquired health problems from being inactive.
I have been in the boxing arena for over 30 years. I'm a coach registered under U.S.A. BOXING. I was the registration chairman at one time, and I have done several boxing competitionso in the St. Louis/Springfield area. Since our conditioning is total, our participants are also prepared for U.F.C./M.M.A. fights as well.

We always start a student with basic mitt-work in order to determine what level he's already on. A student can be a beginner and be more advanced than a student who has trained for a while. Usually, a student's motive will determine how dedicated he will be to his own training.
