About Stephen
Hello all my name is Coach Steph and at 24 years old I have what I believe the most extensive background at my age. I've had the pleasure of working with the Houston rockets in athletic performance for 4 years, Newly Division 1 Tarleton State for 1 year and am now back in Houston as the new Graduate Assistant coach in athletic performance at Texas Woman's University! I've been a boxing instructor for over 8 years now, I am a 2 time Houston golden Glove winner and a former Junior Olympian light heavyweight boxer! I also played Runningback and have won 3 conference championships at Fort Hays State and Midwestern State university so I have a lot of Football knowledge I can give as well I look forward to helping you reach your goals rather it be in Self-defense, Fitness or trusting me in bettering your child in either Boxing or football! i do all my strength and conditioning training mobile!
What I enjoy most about the work I do at ANY level is just the satisfaction of knowing I'm helping people better themselves every single day I'm some form or fashion and to me, that's the greatest gift in the world and I'm truly blessed that I can plant a seed in my community and that I know have a platform to do so!
I am Title certified in Boxing fitness and personal training and I'm also currently pursuing a degree in excercise physiology and education
