Experienced tutor in Boxing in Nashville, Eric offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I really enjoyed working with Eric. He took the time to get to know me and teach me some fundamentals without overwhelming me. While boxing is a high-energy workout/sport, Eric brings a calmness to the space that allowed me to relax and focus. I highly recommend his training sessions.

Eric provides an excellent environment of conversation mixed with a great workout. The mixture of mental and physical fitness is very beneficial. Working out with Eric was challenging physically but the encouragement and being able to talk through some personal challenges throughout the workout gives you a great way to get some things off your chest and get some great advice and tools to use outside of the gym. I would highly recommend working with Eric if you want a great workout and physical challenge with an equally beneficial mental health experience.

I enjoyed working on mindfulness while punching out my frustration. If I stay consistent, both my mind and body will be top notch.
