Jt did a great job of telling me what i was doing wrong and correcting me without me feeling stupid. He is great at explaining "why" you move this way vs that way. He will push you to do better and better while making you feel good about yourself! As soon as i get more free time I will be back!

I started training with JT at age 30 to stay in shape. In the beginning I just worked the bags and did the occasional 1 on 1 session. After 8 months or so I started going to the evening adult class. Shortly after that I started sparring with the fight team and a little past a year, at age 31 I fought my first amateur match. It was a life changing experience and JT gave me what I needed to better myself. You're never too old to start training. I got my bachelors degree while training and I still train and work in my Masters degree. You can still make time to train even if you think you're busy. If you're kids box, you should too. You're already at the gym make the most of your time and get in shape. You don't have to get in the ring to benefit from boxing. Every man (and woman too it's 2017!) should know how to throw a punch!
