About Al Sabur
Boxing is an excellent cardio workout and overall conditioning for your full body. I started teaching boxing to a few friends I worked out with at the gym and then others began to inquire about lessons.
I started boxing over 20 years ago
I was trained by the late Curtis Ford from New Brunswick, NJ and the late Howard Davis who won a Gold Medal for Boxing in the 1976 Olympics.
