About Jeffrey
Before my boxing career was cut short due to an injury, I was a professional boxer (Welterweight, Jr. middle, 16-4-1). I have over thirty years' experience and I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. My clients will probably say my workouts are hard, but I know they love them! I will work with you to accomplish your goals, encouraging you each step of the way.
I feel personally invested in my clients and I will push you to do your personal best.
I love seeing my clients overcome obstacles and learn new things. It's gratifying to witness someone realize their own strength, both physically and mentally.
One of my favorite experiences was training a shy, determined young woman who worked hard and become a Golden Gloves champion. Her growth as a student, boxer and person has been inspiring and amazing to witness.
Whether my clients are trying to perfect their technique to become a better fighter, lose weight and get fit, or they're just trying something new, helping them on their journey is an honor and commitment which I take seriously.
