About Kendra
I will personalize our sessions to best fit your needs!
I enjoy mentoring and assisting younger students accomplish their goals. The way one professor explains a topic may be confusing, but a different way another professor explains it may just click! It is very rewarding to help students realize those "ah-ha" moments.
I started tutoring middle school students in science and math when I was in high school. Throughout dental school, I assisted junior students in physiology and anatomy courses.
I took AP Biology in high school and graduated with a B.S. in Immunology and Infectious Disease from Penn State. I took many upper level biology and science courses throughout my time in undergrad. I completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland and am now a general dentist. I have a deep love for science and teaching!
