About Kevin
Former D1 player at FAU. International MVP player in Germany. Santa Fe College Assistant Girl’s coach where we were back to back conference champs in 2018 and 2019. Currently coaching at Berean Christian as the girl’s varsity coach - 3x District Champs, 1x Regional Finalist, 2021-2022 winningest record in school history. I’ve been a basketball trainer and player development coach for over 10 years.
I am the founder and director of the BrotherlyLuv Queens/Kings. I'm also the head coach @ Berean Christian School and director of player skills and development. I'm the former college assistant coach @Sante Fe College Womens Basketball 2×Confrence Champion, former head coach and director of player skills and development State Champion @North Dallas Adventist. I'm a former player on 3 different levels including a Div1 player at FAU and played overseas in Germany former MVP and League Champion.
Most importantly I am a mentor for youth players all the way up to pro players. I enjoy what I do, I love giving back and I love helping kids get to the next level. Over 80% of my high school kids go off to college to start their next chapters. We have also had the program's first Freshman of the Yr. of the Mountain West Conference and we are looking to get more. BrotherlyLuv is still young and still growing but it's growing the right way. All of our kids are 3.0 students and are qualifiers for NCAA. We hold our student athletes accountable to ensure that they are students first. My typical process with a new student is simple. We start with the basics. I want to make sure everything he/she is doing is fundamentally sound, whether if it's footwork or his/her stance. The next thing I like to see from a new student is their motor. That will tell me how much the student is interested in playing the game. Then we go on from there.
I have worked with all kinds of students from beginners to professional players. I have worked with children as young as 4 years old, that have never picked up a basketball and taught them the fundamentals and how to play in a game setting. I've trained and coached Kindergartners all the way up to high school. I have kids who started as beginners in middle school, who are now starting on their Varsity teams. I have students who were on Varsity and went on to become player of the yr and win a State Championship. I also have pros that have started with me and seen their numbers increase significantly.

Perfect! Coach Green at BrotherlyLuv Academy is an awesome basketball coach. He’s got real patience, but also knows how to push you in the right way, so practices feel focused but fun. He breaks down drills clearly, shows what to do, and gives quick, helpful feedback. My 7-year-old is getting the basics down; dribbling, shooting form, and footwork without it feeling like a grind. The vibe is upbeat and supportive, and you can tell he genuinely cares. He makes tips for my kid and even gives simple at-home drill ideas. We recently just started working with Coach Green, and I can already see the progress in his ball control and confidence, and he’s more excited about basketball than ever. Thanks Coach!
