I really enjoy my private workout sessions with Chris. He really takes the time to think outside the box and make each session very specific to help me achieve my goals. I worked with a personal trainer few years ago but Chris by far exceeded my expectations. We started with my son having basketball training sessions with him. Then I started working with him one on one. My husband and kids were so impressed by my progress and the results they saw that they started private sessions with Chris as well. We are all extremely happy with the way Chris is helping each one of us achieve our personal goals. Chris is very affordable too! All in all a great experience working with Chris.

Chris is a really good trainer, super patient with new kids, he teaches them discipline and good basketball skills, you can see the improvement in the kids as little as a couple of weeks, I recommend him for his good work, patient, time, support and love for the kids.
