About Lynn
Hi,
Nice to meet you! I am excited that you are investing in your dreams.
I specialize in not only the physical aspect of basketball, but I also train in the mental and emotional skills needed to be consistently great at any level.
For our first session, we can get in a good workout while I access your athlete's overall skills.
I was an All-American point guard and D1 athlete and I have coached and mentored all age levels from grade school to college.
Athletes will get/need ball handling, shooting, court awareness, passing techniques, agility training, bball IQ, moves that put it all together along with a winning mindset. 🏆🏀
We will continue to progress every session and season according to skill level and personal goals 🙂.
I am located in (concealed information) and use Talbot Hill Elementary covered outdoor court and Thomas Teasdale Park for lessons.
If you are a member 24hr fitness we can consider holding practice there.
An hour session is $50
I also offer a 90 minute session for $65 which is typically a better use of time for athletes.
Please call or email me to discuss further.
Make it a great day.

Perfect! Coach Lynn is not only a wonderful trainer, but a wonderful person. She is very passionate about basketball and approaches the game with a wholesome perspective. Every time I show up she brings a tailored experience which focuses on fundamental drills, exercises, strategy, skills tests, court awareness, and camaraderie. She is very flexible, understanding, and is willing to work within your budget. I highly recommend Coach Lynn for everyone from all walks of life and skill levels!

Coach Lynn is an amazing trainer. Our daughter has been training for only a couple months and we already see such an improvement in her skills and confidence.
