Harrison is very direct. He will tell you what you are doing wrong very clearly. But even better he will tell you how to fix it and help you through the process. Through my time with him I have gained strength, velocity, and the ability to continue to gain. Harrison helps you start your journey but also gives you the assets you need to continue on after you are done working with him. Most places don’t do that.

As Harrison’s teammate in college he has helped me to improve on many aspects of the game. My consistency on the mound whether that be mechanical, commanding the strike zone, and off speed has greatly increased since I met him. Along with his training I have felt more energetic and explosive as ever while hitting numbers off the mound and in the weight room that I have never seen. Harry makes throwing faster a much simpler process than a lot of other coaches. He helped me by showing me how to eliminate unnecessary workouts and drills and showed me the workouts that actually helped me throw harder and increase my average velocity. This guy knows more than my college coaches did. A++ stuff
