I will start off by saying that it was a great lesson. Dave is an enthusiastic practitioner of archery and it shows in how excited he gets when he sees you are interested in learning. He has great patience and observational skills. He quickly identified my skill level and gave great feedback. He balanced how much information to give at anyone time vs letting me practice. Enjoyed it very much.

Dave is obviously extremely knowledgeable but also very approachable. He got me up and shooting quickly, answered all my questions and was a real ambassador for the sport. I highly recommend him if you're interested in exploring archery. As a total novice, I felt comfortable and encouraged. A great experience!

Everything. Dave, for one. He is pleasant and explains everything well. I knew nothing to begin with and I learned a lot about not just form and shooting, but also about bows, arrows, etc. He made sure we had equipment appropriate to our sizes and strengths. We also spent a good amount of time shooting. He has a very positive and encouraging attitude. I will definitely take more lessons from Dave.
