I try to make sure that my students get exactly what they are paying for. Until, I am able to help them completely, I am not satisfied.

I try to first understand what kind of problem the student is having and then solve it. If I see there's something wrong with the basics, then I start from scratch.
I don't think any student is "bad". I have worked with all of them even the ones who disliked Math and Stats.
Go for someone who doesn't give a particular timeframe because you never know how long it will take to solve a problem and for the student to completely understand it.
The snowfall in Lafayette, Louisiana. It doesn't snow here ! But, this year it did and I experienced my first snowfall !!
